About the Authors:
Sandra Anderson is a contributing editor and asana columnist for Yoga International magazine. She has been practicing and teaching yoga since 1981 and now trains yoga teachers in New York, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and other cities. She lives at the Himalayan Institute’s headquarters in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.

Rolf Sovik, Psy.D., is spiritual director of the Himalayan Institute and a clinical psychologist in private practice. He has studied yoga in the U.S., India, and Nepal, and was initiated as a pandit in the Himalayan tradition in 1987. He lives at the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo, New York, where he serves as co-director with his wife, Mary Gail.
