It is said that a peaceful world is impossible until we find inner peace. This presentation is for beginners who have little or no experience with the inward journey. It begins with an introduction to the yogic notion of the koshas as a map of our existence and total well-being; offers concrete suggestions for fostering inner peace in the areas of exercise, nutrition, proper breathing, and quieting the mind; and concludes with a simple breathing exercise.
